野菜や肉をふんだんに使いボリュームたっぷりの鉄人鍋。丹波、徳島、宮崎などから取り寄せた地鶏を使った数々の料理。備長炭使用の炭火焼料理、新鮮で四季折々のお魚料理やお造りなど多種多彩。ちょっと珍しい多国籍の一品料理や、ちょっと工夫をこらした「る主水風」にアレンジした料理は50種類以上。「る主水」ならではのこだわり料理をご用意しております。

Tetsujin-nabe, a plentiful one-pot meal cooked at the table with a lavish assortment of meat and vegetables.Jidori cuisine using traditional breeds of chicken from Tamba, Tokushima, Miyazaki and elsewhere. Charcoal-grilled dishes broiled over Bincho charcoal. Seasonal fresh fish dishes and a wide range of sashimi. In total we offer over 50 different menu items, including some slightly unusual international fare and other dishes that have been given a special Le Monde twist.
