料理

四季折々(しきおりおり)の素材(そざい)の旨みを伝えるお魚料理や一品料理。焼(やき)・炙(あぶ)りというシンプルな調理法で産地から取り寄せた旬(しゅん)の素材の味をふんだんに引き出した備(びん)長炭(ちょうたん)使用の炭火(すみび)料理。当店自慢(じまん)の「つゆ」で召し上がって頂くヘルシーで美容、健康、美味(びみ)に富んだつゆちり鍋(なべ)。厳選(げんせん)した素材をご堪能(たんのう)頂ける様々なお料理をご用意しております。
Fresh fish and delicious foods are cooked with seasonable ingredient.Dishes cooked in a simple way such as roasting or broiling with Bincho-charcoal bring out the unique tastes of each the ingredient.Tsuyuchiri-nabe is our specialty. It’s boiled together in tsuyu sauce, so it is very healthy and has few calories.You’re certain to enjoy our various kinds of dishes using only selected ingredient. We guarantee it.

天然(てんねん)木(ぼく)を使用した落ち着いたモダンな空間(くうかん)造り。お一人でもカップルでもゆっくりできるカウンター、落ち着いた会話を楽しめる壁に囲まれたようなテーブル席、１２名までの個室、格子の中にある２名がけのテーブル席、個室の小上り(こあがり)席は２０名までの宴会(えんかい)ができます。会食(かいしょく)の内容や相手の方に見合った雰囲気のお席を選べる空間創りをしています
In our restaurant interior is made entirely of natural wooden materials, to offer you the most comfortable and relaxing environment. You can choose from a variety of spaces to answer your dining needs.One or two people can dine comfortably at our counter tables.We also have more private two-person dining tables and small groups can enjoy conversation at our private booths. Room partitioned off by the board is to enjoy conversation.Our small rooms can accommodate us to 12 people.We also have Japanese-style party rooms which can accommodate up to 20 people.
